    Our Role
Complete MEP design for the building, external areas & integration of brewing plant & equipment

  • Titsey Brewing Company is a craft brewery based on the historic Titsey Estate in Surrey, England. Founded with a passion for brewing exceptional beers, the company combines traditional brewing methods with modern techniques to produce a range of high-quality, flavourful ales and lagers. Inspired by the natural beauty of the North Downs and the heritage of the estate.  With a commitment to sustainability and community, the brewery has become a favourite among beer enthusiasts seeking authentic, handcrafted brews.

Titsey Brewing Company approached us to create a highly efficient and sustainable development for their new brewery and tap room.  The selected site was an old farmyard, with several agricultural sheds; one of which was selected to accommodate the new brewery.

  • The site was devoid of suitable utility services & the proposed structure had only basic electrical lighting.  Having established the complex requirements of a modern brewery, including the extensive interior design detailing by Sibley Grove, we developed seamless MEP design that not only met the technical specifications of the brewing process, but also aligned with Titsey Brewing Company's commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

We detailed all the infrastructure and MEP systems to support the development, including a new substation, to support the complex requirements of a modern brewery.  Our designs included precise temperature control, reliable electrical network, lighting control & detailing, and robust plumbing to handle large volumes of water and waste.
